Kaleim Manji
Founder and Keynote Speaker

Kaleim and a skilled team of dedicated professionals created Y&M so young adults would have somewhere to go to learn how to live happier, more successful and satisfying lives. It works. Kaleim holds a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and has won his share of scholarships and awards. Kaleim was the Vice President of Strategic Products for Mercer Advisors, Mercer Mastery, and Mercer Transitions, where he reported directly to the board working on acquisitions, launching new product lines, and forming strategic partnerships. He is currently Managing Director of the Scottsdale Center and continues his role as the keynote speaker at Young&Motivated.

     
  Rezwan Manji
President
Not only was Rezwan a Y&M graduate himself, he has been around the program since its birth. With a Bachelor’s in Commerce, Rezwan is in charge of Business Development for Y&M. He works closely with Kaleim to implement strategies that continue to make the program a success year after year.
