Founder
Kaleim and a skilled team of dedicated professionals created Y&M so young adults would have somewhere to learn how to live happier, more successful and satisfying lives. Kaleim holds a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and has won his share of scholarships and awards. He continues his role as keynote speaker at Y&M.
REZWAN MANJI
Co-founder and Speaker
Not only is Rezwan a Y&M graduate himself, he has been with the program since its birth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, and is currently attending Arizona State’s W.P. Carey School of Business where he will receive his master’s degree in business administration. Rezwan is in charge of business development for Y&M. He works closely with the Y&M team to implement strategies that continue to make the program a success year after year.

Lee Ann Brady

Dr. Brady maintained a private restorative dental practice in Florida for 17 years before leaving full-time private practice to devote her time to teaching. She is currently vice president of clinical education at Spear Education. Her daughter is a Y&M graduate.
Denielle Janmohammed
Director of Operations, North Trek Promotions, Inc.
Danielle and her husband began their own very successful company that specializes in printing promotional items and uniforms. The company has grown to 15 employees, and their extensive client list includes Starbucks, Molson’s Olympic uniforms and a number of major hotels.
Christie Leedy
Owner, Abilene Dental
Christy owns a successful dental practice in Abilene, Texas, which also features a men’s spa. She is the mother of two Y&M graduates and has served as a Y&M team leader for the past seven years.
Jay McKee

Jay has more than a decade of combined experience as a business consultant and executive manager in the management consulting, real estate development and general contracting industries. He is an accomplished executive with proven ability to generate successful results in today’s challenging, fast-paced business environment.
Naomi Cooper

Soon after graduating from UCLA, Naomi soon took command of Pacific Bell’s sports marketing efforts in Los Angeles, negotiating and implementing multimillion-dollar sponsorship deals with marquee sports properties. Since then, she has helped build an in-house marketing department that plans, develops and executes marketing strategies for both business-to-consumer and business-to-business projects for futurdontics.
