Rezwan holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State’s W.P. Carey School of Business. Being involved since its inception, Rezwan continues to implement strategies that make the program a success year after year. He is presently the Executive Vice President of Business Development for The Winter Laboratories in Laguna Beach, Calif. and Scottsdale, Ariz.

Dr. Christie Leedy
Owner, Abilene Dental
Dr. Christie Leedy has been practicing innovative esthetic and cosmetic dentistry for over 20 years. She has served on the Texas Governor’s Commission for Women since 2001, is the creator of the Angel Smiles program, and has been involved with Y&M since the beginning. She lives in Abilene, Texas and enjoys to mentoring her two sons and 20 nieces and nephews on a daily basis. Along with her other many talents she can also twirl two batons at once!
Jay McKee
CEO, Vineyard Homes
Mr. McKee is the Manager and CEO of Vineyard Homes, LLC, an Arizona-based company focusing on residential custom home construction and real estate development. The company actively participates in the Green Building Program, which encourages a whole-systems approach to minimize environmental impact and reduce energy consumption. He earned his B.S. in Marketing and Sales Management. He has been a member of the Arizona State University Master of Real Estate Development Board of Advisors since 2007 and the Hybrid Home Living board of advisors since 2010.
Fred Joyal

Mr. Joyal is Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of 1-800-DENTIST, which began in 1986 and is the largest dentist referral service in the country. Futuredontics, Inc. has over 250 employees and is widely respected for its unique corporate culture. Fred’s passion for accessible dental care earned him a seat on the board of directors for the Children’s Dental Center, and he was awarded the Conrad Hilton Distinguished Entrepreneur Award by Loyola Marymount University in 2006. Mr. Joyal has also received remarkable reviews for his book, “Everything is Marketing: The Ultimate Strategy for Dental Practice Growth”, just released in 2009.

Following his experience as an attendee at the first Young&Motivated workshop in 2004, Mr. Glass was inspired to pursue – and achieve – his dream job. He now
specializes in public relations and communications, and serves as Vice President of Hill & Knowlton in San Francisco, Calif. As a Young&Motivated guest speaker, he presents an intriguing session on networking that gives our young adults the tools to create
meaningful relationships.
Paul Guggenheim
President, Patterson Dental
Mr. Guggenheim became President of Patterson Dental in 2010. He has held distinguished leadership posts in the industry for over 25 years, including President of Guggenheim Brothers Dental Supply Co., acquired by Patterson Dental in 2000. Paul also managed Patterson’s Southwest Region for several years.
Matt Cook

Mr. Cook holds a B.A. degree with honors in Economics and Business from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, and is active in the local chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
